Alan Neate

Prior to retirement Alan worked in Health and Social Care services for people with additional needs for 45 years primarily working as the registered manager of small residential care homes for more than 30 years. He has always been keen to develop his experience to help improve the lives of children and adults and he has been a school Governor and held other voluntary roles throughout his career. His particular focus on the Board is Health and Safety.
